Refund policy

If you wish to return an unopened parcel, simply contact us for a return shipping label.  If you wish to return an item that has been opened, contact us for details on how to re-pack it for a safe return. We will refund any order cancelled prior to shipping.  Once we have shipped your item, we will provide a refund once the package has returned to us.  In the event of an insurance claim, we require your support to provide photos and descriptions to the insurance company. We will provide a refund as soon as the claim process is complete.

We accept returns in-store, or you can ship them to us for both defective and non-defective products in their original condition.

We accept gift shop items for return or exchange within 30 days.

Paintings are non-refundable but have a lifetime satisfaction guarantee; if your life circumstances have changed and you wish to exchange your painting, please contact us for details.

There is no restocking fee, and we aim to process refunds within 2 days of receipt of the returned item.
